Tire Noise Technology ResearchProject Manager

Responsibilities:

Developthe prediction methods and analysis tools of tire noise and validate theprediction with experimental data and implement the tire noise predictiontechnology in the tire design process;

Developthe testing methods to quantify the contribution of cavity, construction, treadpattern to the tire noise and provide the design guidelines;

Responsiblefor tire structure borne & air borne theoretical research, providetechnical support for tire cavity, construction and pattern design;

Responsiblefor building the tire noise technology research team including the technologyplanning and solution development and implementation;

Requirements:

ØEducation: Ph.D in Acoustics, Mechanics or similar fields；
ØLanguage: Proficientin English and Chinese is a must;
ØSkills:
üSolidin-depth knowledge and extensive experiences on computational mechanics;
üProficientuser of ABAQUS、Virtual Lab & CATIA or other CAE/Acoustics software;
üDeepknowledge and hands-on experiences of noise test & digital signal dataanalysis;
üSkilledtechnical report writing and office softwareusage;
üProvenrecords and experiences in project management;
üWorkingexperience in tire industry is an advantage;
