帮助文档和官网上对这两种分析做了说明,在 MotorSlove BLDC Help 4.1中的Accuracy项的motionanalysis 进行了解释:“Generates achart of performance results, as a function of time, for the selecteddesign(s), driven by an ideal current source. The motion analysis is moreaccurate than the PWM analysis as it performs a time-stepping finite elementanalysis, which takes into account the saturation of magnetic materials at everytime step. However, it assumes the motor is connected to a perfect currentregulator (i.e. one with no voltage limit), which is not realistic in somesituations (especially at high speeds). The Motion analysis is also morecomputationally expensive than the PWM analysis, and therefore, curves as afunction of speed or advance angles are not available as they would simply betoo time-consuming to generate. This analysis is most useful for verifying theresults of the PWM analysis, which can be done easily by changing the PWM“Simulation type” from “PWM 3-phase bridge” to “Ideal source”, bypassing thethree-phase bridge so that the current waveforms fed to the PWM motor model areidentical to the waveforms used in the Motion analysis.”所以motion analysis的求解是更加准确一些的,更加接近magnet的求解结果。motorslove其实是采用MagNet的2D静态求解器的。 |
